The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-to-one support for students who require additional assistance
- Assisting with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities
- Promoting a positive learning environment and fostering student engagement
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- A passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
