Business Systems Analyst - Bradford - up to c£40K - £45K
Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst . This candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various technologies and systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Skills;
- Process mapping, process analysis and improvement.
- System integrations with financial systems, ERP etc.
- Understand, build and develop reporting tools.
- Building SOPs and implementing training
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Experience in IT back office/systems administration and desk-side support
- Working with third-party IT service suppliers
Technical Knowledge;
- Project management systems (like ClickUp, Monday.com)
- Experience with applications (like Office 365, Power BI, & Google Suite)
- Knowledge of Networking, Microsoft Windows Server, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft SQL.
- In-depth interfacing experience (like APIs, Web Services, Zapier,etc)
- Knowledge of workflow software (like Visio, Figma).
- Experience with reporting tools like (Phocas and Power BI)
- Understanding of website development, e-commerce, HTML etc. (Big Commerce knowledge useful).
The role is Full time on site. Salary is up to c£40k - £45K. On site secure free parking. 4 times death in service. 33days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. Standard pension 5% employee and 3% company.
