2nd Line Technical IT Engineer - Office 365, SaaS Support, VMware - Bradford - £30,000 to £35,000
The Role
We've partnered with a bespoke software company to aid them on their 2nd line hire for an experienced engineer who will collaborate with the team to support their internal user base as well as clients on their SaaS product. We're looking for a driven engineer to come into a close knit team, get stuck into a variety of things, across support and projects. This role would give you the opportunity to bridge into 3rd line.
Day to day tasks will differ depending on the stage of product launches, internal events, enhancements, projects and client queries. This can vary from windows server maintenance to backups, firewalls, networking, virtualisation and data scripting.
Preferred Skills
Ideally we would like some previous experience in either of the following:
- VMWare ESXi Virtualisation
- Creating and Executing SQL Server statements and interpretations

- Networking - firewalls, switches & routers
- Excellent communication skills
