Description
- Overseeing daily operations within the Secretarial & Business Support department
- Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Ensuring efficient and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders
- Providing support to team members as needed
- Coordinating meetings, events and other organisational activities
- Participating in strategic planning and implementation within the department
- Upholding the values and mission of the not for profit sector
- Contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Profile
A successful Senior Admin should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving

Job Offer
