Are you an experienced and proactive individual with a passion for early years education? Look no further! We’re excited to offer a full-time Teaching Assistant position at a vibrant Primary School in BD7, Bradford.

About the Role:

  • Position: Full-time Teaching Assistant
  • Location: BD7, Bradford
  • Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
    • Assist with classroom activities, including group work, reading sessions, and playtime.
    • Provide one-on-one support to students with additional needs.
    • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

The school is part of a multi academy trust and have a positive reinforcement approach to learning. A nurturing personality and caring attitude are what you will need to be successful in this role. CPD opportunities will be available. 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in early years education is essential.
  • Proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping children learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
