I’m looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS to join a fast growth construction company.
My client has seen impressive growth in recent years with a healthy project pipeline that bodes well for the future.
If you are a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the lead commercial for a thriving division this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
To be a successful applicant you should understand managing and mitigating risk whilst possessing experience of helping grow a business.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Estimating of relevant schemes from tender Information
- Produce bid submissions
- Contract & Collateral Warranty review and appraisals
- Attend client pre-construction/start meetings
- Sub-Contract package appraisals
- Raising and issuing Sub-Contract orders
Ideally you will come from a construction background with façade/cladding experience.
