We are currently looking for a Key Account Specialist for our distinguished client based in Bradford.

Working Hours: 9:00am - 17:30pm

As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will:

  • Understand customer requirements and ensure the delivery of first-class customer service.
  • Plan, arrange, monitor, and control all elements of customers’ requirements including shunts between depots
  • Operate in house IT Systems MS Office, and other associated tools effectively.
  • Understand and adhere to the company’s Quality Policy and Objectives, maintaining KPIs throughout your work.
  • Produce accurate pricing and rates in consultation with the Department Manager.
  • Ensure timely and accurate generation of sales invoicing and processing of purchase invoices, both in paper and electronic form.
  • Respond promptly to general inquiries and queries, escalating as necessary for resolution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of land freight operations and customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, especially Schenker systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving departmental and company goals.
  • A commitment to compliance with legal and company standards.
