Do you have field service engineering experience working in oil & gas, petrochemical or analytical equipment? Are you looking for a new challenge with a unique and rapidly growing business?

Our client are a longstanding and highly reputable company who specialise in a range of analytical equipment for a variety of industries including Pharma, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage and Power. Working collaboratively with their customers, they create tailored solutions to suit individual requirements and deliver a high quality client service. They are now looking to recruit a Field Service Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities will include troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of a range of technical equipment as well as being responsible for preventative maintenance and modifications. This will see you visiting client sites across the UK and occasionally overseas. Furthermore, the role will have a commercial focus and will require the individual to take part in customer meetings, ensure client satisfaction and be responsible for new and existing contracts. This position will also oversee the wider service team, and the suitable incumbent will be responsible for training, mentoring and supporting other members within the company.

To be considered for the role you will have significant experience within a field service engineering role within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical or Power industries. Ideally you will have experience of managing other individuals but the company will consider someone potentially moving upwards from an Engineer role. Ideally, higher level qualifications should be held such as a BSc in Engineering. You should be able to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously and have the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.

You will be rewarded with a friendly, inclusive working environment, competitive salary and company benefits as well as the opportunity to join a great business at an exciting time.
