Qualified Social Worker, Adults Learning Disabilities Team

Are you a Qualified Social Worker with experience working within the Adults Learning Disabilities Team?

Our client is looking to expand their current Adults Learning Disabilities team with a dedicated Social Worker looking for an opportunity to join a supportive and organised team. Bradford Council offers a competitive salary, staff training and a protected caseload.

Main duties include:

• Case Load Management
• Completing reviews and assessment
• Safeguarding S42 Enquiries
• Risk Assessments
• Working to ensure the protection of vulnerable adults
• Care Act Assessments
• Developing and reviewing care plans
• Reviewing residential, nursing home or day centre placements
• Report writing for Mental Health Tribunals

To be successful:

• HCPC Registration
• Educated to Degree Level IE: BA Hons, BSc, DIPSW
• Eligibility to Work in the UK
• Previous experience within either an Adults Learning Disabilities Team or a Community Team.
