We are seeking a dedicated SEN teaching assistant with substantial experience in supporting children with special needs for a part-time position at a school in Bradford. If you are committed to recognising the worth and potential of every child, we look forward to your application.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to SEN pupils, utilising your experience in educational settings or equivalent transferable skills.

  • Demonstrate confidence, punctuality, and enthusiasm.
  • Foster positive learning relationships with SEN pupils, effectively managing behaviour in both small group settings and one-on-one interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience working with young individuals, ideally within a school environment.
  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided).
  • Exceptional attendance and punctuality record.
