We are inviting passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team in supporting children with special educational needs across various SEN schools in Bradford. This is an opportunity to contribute positively to the lives of children with complex needs and to work within a supportive educational setting.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide individualised support to children with complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and PMLD.
  • Collaborate with teachers to effectively implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports the development of social skills and independence.
  • Engage with children to facilitate their academic and personal growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SEN children or relevant qualifications such as NVQ, CACHE, BTEC, or a Degree in Special Education.
  • A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
