**The Role:**As a Health and Social Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the futures of our students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Health and Social Care.- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.- Maintain accurate records of student performance and development.

**Requirements:**- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.- Strong subject knowledge in Health and Social Care.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
