Based in their office in Braintree the working hours are 2.30pm to 10.30pm due to all clients that you will be working with are based in the US.

Our client, a 31 years old well established UK leading Manufacturer in their field, is expanding sales further into the US Market and is looking for a Sales Team Manager.

Employing 150 people - £70M in Sales, they sell direct to the Market, therefore do their own distribution and have 3,000+ accounts.

They have a flourishing US supply business, supplying 10 Cities and have 5 warehouses to support massive rollout projects.

They are expanding their sales further into the US Market, where the customers are very large and need continuous attention.

The US specific sales team will attend 10 US based exhibitions a year to get new leads, develop the leads and grow the sales rapidly.

Objectives of this role:

  • Lead a team of sales people
  • Grow the profit we make out of a set of repeat buying customers.

Responsibilities:

You would be responsible for the team maintaining and growing profit.

Required skills:

  • Proven sales team management experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Enjoy exhibitions / travel.
