Housekeeper Live In or out

Pembury Partners have been appointed to assist a private client with the search for a Private Couple for their vast property in Essex. The couple will be Housekeeper/Handyman with strong experience working in similar settings prior. This is a fully staffed estate, the couple will be child-friendly and will work in harmony with the rest of the team. Discretion is paramount so is a can-do, jovial attitude. The ideal couple will be reliable, flexible and happy to contribute towards the smooth running of the property. The couple will reside within the perimeter of the estate living in a two-bedroom cottage.

The role starts ASAP – Shortlisting closes on 19th April 2024

Amongst the duties:

• Assist in the running of the family home and care of the children daily
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and good order throughout the family residence
• Assist in maintaining the security and integrity of the family Estate
• Cook and assist in the kitchen as and when required
• Assist in minimising expense and costs to the residence
• Assist in the maintenance and organisation of the grounds, barns, accommodations and personal effects
• Assist with any ad hoc projects
• Maintain and update information records

Skillset sought:

• Eligible to work in the UK
• Previous experience in similar settings, verifiable references
• DBS checked or willingness to apply (we can assist)
• Driving licenses
• Discreet, loyal, team players, flexible

Benefits and salary: separate 2-bedroom cottage, pets allowed, salary £70k gpa.
