Acorn by Synergie is excited to be recruiting a Digital Media Manager on an initial 14-month contract for a trending sporting and lifestyle clothing retailer at their Braunton office.

Main Purpose of Job:

We are looking for a highly passionate Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, working with third party agencies, as well as internal team members to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns.

Main responsibilities

  • Plan and execute creative and engaging digital marketing campaigns, working closely with Marketing Manager and Media Agencies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against set goals (ROI and KPIs), utilising reporting software (such as TripleWhale)
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance (based on data)
  • Ensuring brand consistency and improving brand awareness using different media
  • platforms
  • Keep abreast with the wider business, trends, personalities, competitor activity.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

Essential

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising - and sound knowledge of the business

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, advanced communication and presenting capabilities.
  • Marketing experience - how to seek, acquire and engage an audience through paid media.
  • Solid knowledge of Google AdWords
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Desirable

  • Degree or equivalent in marketing or similar field
  • Working for a sport, or apparel brand in a similar role
