Financial & Management Accountant

White Horse Employment are working with a well-established business based in the Northwest of Somerset to aid their search for a Financial & Management Accountant. This business has experienced significant growth in the last few years across their multiple sites and only look to continue to do so in the coming years.

Within this role you will have exposure to the financial accounting as well as the management accounting and plays a key role within the business. You will report directly into the Financial Controller and have a team of finance assistants reporting into you so will gain experience within managing a team.

A day-to-day could include:

• Prepare the management accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist and support the team of finance assistants.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with the senior finance team to provide financial analysis.
• Assess the processes within the finance team and identify areas to improve.

We are looking for either an experienced Management Accountant or an Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career who wants to come in and hit the ground running.
