As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will have the exciting opportunity to join a brand new team for a world leader in computer, power and communication technology.
Working on one project at a time, you will be working closely with systems engineering and other departments on designs from concept to delivery. As well as producing CAD models and technical drawings, you will be exposed to customers, where you will attend design reviews and key stakeholder meetings.
You will be joining a company at the forefront of their industry, producing hi-tech communication technology for a range of harsh environments from the ocean floor to the edge of space! This role is crucial within a new team, you will have the potential to lead a team of mechanical engineers longer-term.
What are they looking for?
- Electro-Mechanical design experience - critical
- CFD/FEA Knowledge
- Mechanical Engineering degree OR equivalent experience
- SC clearance
