If you would like to join a progressive organisation which has a world wide client base then this Customer Service Assistant position may suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing client accounts and ensuring their order requirements were met
• Building successful long term relationships with clients using services
• Establishing client requirements and preparing proposals and quotations
• Ensuring stock is available to meet client order requirements and arranging deliveries
• Liaising with the Logistics Department to co-ordinate the despatch of orders
• Liaising extensively with clients to identify and plan future order requirements
