I am actively recruiting for a successful Architectural Practice who's close to 15 years' experience drives them to produce innovative, unique and technically expert design across sectors such as retail, residential, and leisure. Their friendly and growing team are keen to bring on a talented and passionate Senior Architect to join their team in Brentwood.

The Successful Senior Architect will have substantial total industry experience especially Post Part Three with strong technical and design abilities having worked across all scales of projects.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

  • ARB registered / RIBA qualified
  • Extensive post Part Three qualification experience and overall industry experience
  • Strong design skills with keen eye for detail
  • Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit and other industry standard software
  • Strong leadership skills and keen to take on responsibility
  • It would be advantageous to have planning experience
  • Thorough knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Proven record working on projects in the retail sector
  • Boast design flare and creativity
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
  • Liaise with contractors, clients and other professionals
  • Produce and lead design proposals
  • Proactive and positive attitude
