About the Role:Our client is looking for an ambitious Field Sales Executive to join their team in a Business Development Manager (BDM) role. This position is all about new business acquisition and driving growth. The role will be 90% focused on new business, with an emphasis on cold calling and identifying new opportunities.

This is a hunter role, so they are looking for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. If you're self-motivated, passionate about sales, and have a strong focus on achieving targets, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Actively prospect for new business through cold calling and networking.

  • Business Development: Build relationships with new clients, identifying opportunities to generate revenue and drive company growth.

  • Client Acquisition: Convert prospects into customers through a structured and targeted sales approach.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed set sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Autonomous Work: Manage your own sales pipeline and schedule, working independently.

  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management.

  • Client Meetings: Attend meetings with prospective clients, including site visits as necessary.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably with a focus on new business (e.g., BDM, Field Sales, Account Manager).

  • Strong hunter mentality - passion for cold calling and building a new client base.

  • Ability to work independently, managing your own pipeline and sales efforts.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Must be a driver, as this is a field-based role with regular travel to client sites.

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

  • Full UK driving license is essential.
