CNC Miller Setter/ Programmer

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a CNC Mill Programmer/ Setter for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Brentwood.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Programming and setting Lathes from drawing or cad files in the most efficient manner while ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Reviewing older production parts to ensure they are being machined in the most efficient manner.
• Maintaining general cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with the production plan.

Requirements:

• Siemens 840 experience
• Milling background is required.
• Experience using multi axis live tooling.
• Experience setting various lathes, Experience of twin spindle machining)
• CAM Programming

Hours:

• Tuesday to Friday : 7am-5.15pm
• 4-day working week
