Customer Services - Inbound Co-ordinator, Brentwood, Essex
Salary £24,000 - £27,000 per annum + Excellent company benefits
Hours 8.30 - 5 pm and 3 pm finish on a Friday
To support the Customer Services and Logistics team to ensure Customers receive an exceptional experience from Returns to Project Completion
Responsible for the returns process ensuring equipment is off-hired in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicating with customers during the off-hire process and project closure phase, including face-to-face interaction
- To resolve challenges for customers.
- Support the Aftercare and sales team when closing projects.
- Understanding of processes and procedures
- Resolving excess material and non-rental equipment returns.
- Responsible for the maintenance of accurate records
- Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Aftercare teams
- Develop relationships with customers and key personnel
- Work with other depots to ensure that consistent approach across all locations
- Work Closely with Customer service advisers, aftercare team and Stock to provide information on equipment being returned.
Experience required:
- Proven experience within Customer Services and Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in person and via the telephone
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Competent user of MS Office and CRM systems
Salary range £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
