Customer Services - Inbound Co-ordinator, Brentwood, Essex

Salary £24,000 - £27,000 per annum + Excellent company benefits

Hours 8.30 - 5 pm and 3 pm finish on a Friday

To support the Customer Services and Logistics team to ensure Customers receive an exceptional experience from Returns to Project Completion

Responsible for the returns process ensuring equipment is off-hired in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Communicating with customers during the off-hire process and project closure phase, including face-to-face interaction
  • To resolve challenges for customers.
  • Support the Aftercare and sales team when closing projects.
  • Understanding of processes and procedures
  • Resolving excess material and non-rental equipment returns.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of accurate records
  • Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Aftercare teams
  • Develop relationships with customers and key personnel
  • Work with other depots to ensure that consistent approach across all locations
  • Work Closely with Customer service advisers, aftercare team and Stock to provide information on equipment being returned.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience within Customer Services and Administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in person and via the telephone
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Competent user of MS Office and CRM systems

Salary range £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
