Our client is seeking a customer service focused individual, with front of house, customer facing experience, and excellent organisational skills, to join their Admissions team. Working term time only, with only 3 weeks to work across the years school holidays. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Duties:
- Respond to initial enquiries, seeing on-boarding through to completion
- Give site tours
- First point of contact for all applications
- Prepare and communicate through letter, email, and telephone
- Offer guidance and support to potential and ongoing admission applications
- Update CRM continually to support ongoing admissions

Experience required:
- Admissions experience is beneficial
- Excellent customer service, front of house, communication skills
- Previous administration experience
- Ability to follow and learn new processes quickly
