Pure are pleased to be working with a fast growing company based in Upminster who are looking for a experience Administrator on a temporary basis ongoing for 6 weeks. You must be self motivated and be able to pick systems up quickly.Main Duties: 
  • Accurately updating purchase order records to confirm timely receipt of goods or services
  • Data Entry
  • Support subcontractors and suppliers in the correct use of processes and systems
  • General administration duties 
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Strong administrative background
  • Data entry skills 
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Must be able to driver due to location
  • Experience of working in a fast pace environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to operate specialist software
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good analytical skills and deadline driven
  • Deliver tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills
Monday-Friday office based
