Office based in Brentwood - Must drive due to location

Full-Time - Monday to Friday

Salary £30k-£35k DOE

We’re looking for a Compliance Administrator with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of the transport world. From scheduling essential vehicle servicing to ensuring legal compliance, your work will be vital in keeping the wheels turning—literally.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating and booking routine services for trucks and trailers
  • Liaising with internal and external providers to ensure work is completed
  • Managing maintenance records, rectifying defects, and chasing follow-ups
  • Keeping the transport management system updated and accurate
  • Supporting driver compliance including tachograph data, driver hours, accident reports and more
  • Working closely with the planning team to ensure vehicles are road-ready

  • Experience in a busy office environment, preferably within transport or logistics
