Salary: OTE £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time

The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the residential sales industry, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
You will be proactive, articulate, well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with a wide variety or properties.
Skills: The skills required for this Assistant Sales Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Significant experience in residential sales
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full Driving License
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
