Project Management Business Partner - 37 per hour Inside IR35 -12 Months (extensions highly likely) - Flintshire - Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am - 7pm-) - Hybrid 3 days on site - One stage virtual interview - Sector: Aerospace

Yolk Recruitment is searching for a Project Management Business Partner to work with the world's leading Aerospace company.

You will be involved with risk management, budget management, scheduling and contract management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring projects are supported with a strong Project Management Expertise and that
• appropriate Project & Programme Management structure, governance and practices are
• applied.
• Raising the understanding and acceptance of best practice project management within the Teams
• Shaping methods and tools in accordance with PM standards to the needs of the project / activity.
• Stakeholder management, ensuring that activities are aligned with interfacing projects and operations.
• Promoting Agile WoW and acting as Scrum Master for project activities where needed.
• Establishing project plans and controlling all changes
• Identifying associated Earned Value Management milestones
• Driving the Risk & Opportunity Management process in line with the existing R&OM plan.
• Jointly working with Finance to compare cost incurred and time spent

Essentials:

• Broad Project Management experience
• Experience with different activities including - risk management, budget management, scheduling, contract management
• Stakeholder management experience

Desirable:

• Aerospace experience
