Residential Support Worker

SRS Partnership are looking for kind, caring, compassionate Residential Support Workers in the Bridge of Weir area to join our growing team to support service users to live independently, making a positive difference to their daily lives!

Key Responsibilities...

• Providing an outstanding level of care, ensuring service users live independently in their own homes
• Working in various care settings on a daily basis, tailoring support to the needs of the individual/service
• Prompting and assisting with medication
• Assisting with domestic duties as and when required within the home
• Working closely with the team to ensure all duties are carried out to the highest standard
• Monitoring, responding and reporting appropriately the well-being of the service user and responding in a timely manner to any concerns
• Maintaining good communication and effective working relationships with all members of the team.

What we need from you....

• A minimum of 6 months paid experience in care/support related environment
• PVG Membership Number
• Ability to adapt well in a fast-paced environment and use your own initiative
• Confidence to build rapport with service users and families
