What We're Looking For:

  • QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)
  • Minimum 1 year of care experience
  • A caring, reliable, and willing attitude
  • Strong compassion and empathy
  • Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience
  • 22 years of age or older (to ensure an appropriate age gap with the children we support)
  • Full UK manual driving license (essential)
