What We're Looking For:
- QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)
- Minimum 1 year of care experience
- A caring, reliable, and willing attitude
- Strong compassion and empathy
- Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience
- 22 years of age or older (to ensure an appropriate age gap with the children we support)
- Full UK manual driving license (essential)
