National Account Manager - DIY £60,000 + Car + Bonus + Pension + 26 days holiday & BHHome Based (with travel as required)
We're partnering with a well-established and growing business within the DIY sector, currently seeking an experienced National Account Manager to support their continued growth across key retail channels.

The Role:
- Manage and grow relationships with major retail customers within the DIY or FMCG sector.
- Take full P&L responsibility and develop joint business plans to drive sustainable growth.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations to deliver on commercial goals.
- Analyse performance and provide regular reporting and insight to internal stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities and create strategic plans to increase market share.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of managing national retail accounts, ideally within DIY or FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
- Energetic, self-motivated and highly organised.
