Rate: £45-£50 per hour, umbrella Inside IR35
Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Location: West Midlands
Our client is seeking an Environmental Protection / Health Officer to undertake the assessment of the environmental merits of planning applications.
This work covers consideration of air quality, contaminated land, acoustics, odours and general amenity issues arising from received planning applications and responding to planners and engaging with developers / consultants on matters arising.
There are around 60 applications to cover per month and the complexity could vary from ‘relatively’ straight forward through to large / major developments.
