This critical role will be based in the West Midlands and will report directly to the Global Head of HR, while partnering closely with the division's president and senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a high-performing team of international HR Business Partners across the UK, EU, and APAC regions. - Act as a strategic advisor and day-to-day business partner to divisional leadership, with a strong emphasis on talent management, organisational effectiveness, and performance development. - Drive improvement and accountability in HR metrics, including time-to-fill, engagement, and retention, and lead quarterly reporting of key HR KPIs. - Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent development across global client groups. - Champion a performance-driven, values-based culture while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic initiatives. - Lead organisational development efforts across diverse geographies and cultures. - Ensure timely and effective execution of all HR calendar activities, including performance reviews, leadership planning, compliance, and compensation processes. - Promote the company's core values through all aspects of leadership and team development.
