SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic manufacturing business in Redditch who are on the look out for a skilled and out-going HR Officer to come and join their team. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who has experience in a similar level role within a fast paced organisation dealing with; ER case work, day to day operational HR duties and administrative tasks. This is the ideal environment for someone who is looking to both utilise their core skills but also gain exposure to all areas of HR, reporting into a brilliant HR Manager. Ideally looking for someone working towards or holding their CIPD 5 qualification, someone who is computer literate and who is willing to roll their sleeves up and be involved with the wider business from a HR perspective. Day-to-day duties: - Providing guidance and support to employees and mangers on HR and ER related matters including; absence management, grievances and performance. - Maintain the HR system and administer all HR related paper work such as contracts, offer letters etc. - Provide recruitment support and deal with external providers - Supporting the HR Manager with various project work and ad-hoc related issues - Manage the occupational health administration as well as the onboarding programs We are looking for a strong HR Assistant/ Officer who is ready to take that next step in their career and who is confident in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a confident and out-going character who is able to liaise with both senior and junior employees throughout the business.
