Job Title: Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer
Location: Midlands Rate: Up to £60 per hour UmbrellaWorking Hours: Full Time or part time, remote working Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the Midlands in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Commercial and Procurement within Local Government.
Duties include:
- Procurement advice - procedural & drafting procurement contracts, dealing with procurement/legal queries in relation to tenders
- Assist the Organisation with governance queries such as application of Financial Regulations
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on contracts including JCT contracts and call-off agreements with third party frameworks
This post is full time, (37 hours per week) on a remote basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
