Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established independent Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the West Midlands to join their team.

Working Hours:
- Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 3-day week)
- Remote / work-from-home basis
Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
- Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)
- OTE £65,000 - 70,000
- Car Allowance

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
- Carry out level 2 Surveys (Essential) and Level 3 surveys (Desirable)
- Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
- Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
- Attend quarterly meetings at head office
- Expert Witness Valuations (desirable)
- Probate Valuations (desirable)
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
- Experience as a practising Surveyor
- RICS Membership (Assoc RICS or MRICS)
- Level 2 Survey background
- VRS registered
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Technical expertise in Surveying
- Attention to detail
