Due to exponential growth,Reed are working on an exciting role to join a HR team as a HR Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis.

This role is based out of the exciting Hinkley Point C in Somerset. Due to its location, you cannot park on site. Therefore, free transport is provided via buses laid on to the site. You will be allocated a specific park and ride or bus stop location when you start based on radius from your home postcode, from a vast range of locations close to the M5 and HPC. This can vary from 30 minutes commute time, dependent on your location.

Initially for the first few months you will support with on-boarding of new starters, coordinating, security clearance screening and vetting.

Then you’ll get involved in training, before transitioning into Employee Relations. This role will give you the opportunity to become even more well rounded in HR, and multi-skilled.

Any exposure to Employee Relations would be really beneficial, such as low level disciplinary, grievance, ill health and capability cases.

Hours: 08:00-16:15 (Mon-Thurs), 08:00-14:00 (Fri) – Once embedded into the team, will have the opportunity to WFH 1 day per week.

Requirements:Previously worked in a HR Admin/Assistant/Coordinator role

Exposure to Employee Relations at a low level

Real can do attitude and happy to help out in all aspects of the HR function

Any previous experience of on-boarding of candidates through a screening processStrong administrative and organisation skillsAble to coordinate and manage complex documentationAbility to demonstrate effective prioritisation, time-management and workload planning skillsPC, including all Office applications specifically: PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook, Time management and HR systems
