Car Driver

Main purpose of the role

To assist with the daily operations of a busy auction centre through driving and parking various types of vehicles around the yard. Yard Operative roles may require a lot of walking and being on your feet throughout the day in all types of weather conditions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Moving a high volume of vehicles between the yard

- Be responsible for jump starting vehicles when needed, on-site training provided

- Politely refer any issues, queries, or complaints to the relevant manager

- Undertake any other tasks in the yard department to ensure that operational requirements are met

To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:

- Must hold a valid UK Driving License

- Happy to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

- Able to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines

- Willingness to help other departments out when needed
