Finance Officer

I have registered a role with my client based in Briggs to recruit a Finance System Officer to support the Accounting and Finance team for a well-established and fast-growing company in the retail industry. Reporting into the Transactional Manager, you will work in a team of around 18 employees, you will help support the finance function, more specifically the systems and any assistance required.

Reporting into the Transactional Manager, you will work in a team of around 18 employees, you will help support the finance function, more specifically the systems and any assistance required.

Description

• Management and maintenance of financial systems and databases
• Supporting the finance team in monthly and yearly financial closing
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborating with IT to resolve financial system issues
• Providing financial systems training to other team members
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department

Profile

• Proficiency in using financial software and databases.
• Be able to be in Brigg 5 days a week.
• Be immediately available.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• A good understanding of finance regulations and standards.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex financial information.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working with diverse teams.

Job Offer
