Responsibilities as an Operations Manager

- Collaborate closely with senior executives to establish operational objectives, budgets, and timelines.

- Ensure unwavering adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards alongside industry requirements.

Experience / Skills
- Demonstrated track record in Operations Management or a comparable position, ideally within the boiler or HVAC sector.
- Robust leadership acumen coupled with adeptness in team supervision and motivation.
- Exceptional organizational prowess and time management abilities, evidenced by adeptly handling numerous priorities.
- Proficiency in problem-solving complemented by an unwavering commitment to precision and detail.
- Proficient in utilizing operational and office software tools.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in operations management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is strongly preferred.
