Our client is based in Brighton and in the Public Sector and Government & looking to bring on a Customer Coordinator on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

Description

As a Customer Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a unified approach to customer support
  • Provide guidance and support to customers
  • Manage a busy inbox and phoneline
  • Manage the budget and ensure resources are used effectively

Profile

A successful Customer Coordinator should have:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
