Job Description:

Seeking a talented Learning Designer to join the team. As a Learning Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning materials. You will use your creativity and expertise to design interactive courses, modules, and resources that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and content.
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and interactive activities.
  • Utilise instructional design principles to ensure content is clear, concise, and effective.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning experiences.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and functionality of learning materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in instructional design, learning design, or related field.
  • Strong creative and technical skills, including proficiency with authoring tools and multimedia software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
