- Supporting client onboarding: AML checks and letters of engagement
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Setting up clients on the internal system
- Assisting with credit control and debt collection
- Providing company secretarial support
- General administration tasks to keep the practice running smoothly
- Previous experience in an admin-based role
- Ideally, exposure to professional services (legal or financial preferred)
- Ability to stay calm, focused and organised in a relaxed yet busy environment
