An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Inside Sales Administrator to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative and fast-growing organisation operating in the digital insurance space, based in Brighton.

The Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and accurately update CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable working towards weekly performance targets
  • Must be available immediately

The Role:

  • Answer incoming enquiries from customers regarding quotations and renewals
  • Support customers through the insurance purchase process over the phone
  • Ensure accurate input and maintenance of customer data across internal systems
  • Transfer leads and redirect queries to relevant internal departments as needed
  • Use consultative skills to identify and meet customer needs while ensuring compliance
  • Maintain performance against weekly targets such as sales conversion and call handling
  • Work shift patterns between 8am and 6pm to ensure full phone line coverage
