We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager with experience of managing product and service partner relationships to drive income generation as well as engagement and retention of customers.

With experience of managing strategic partnerships such as retail collaborations, B2B alliances and affiliate relationships you’ll ensure the offering to customers remains attractive and relevant.
As a Senior Partnerships Manager you will:
- Lead the Partnerships team, with line management of one full time person
- Account manage a range of partners, meeting to review relationships and offerings regularly
- Achieve partnership income targets
- Management of the Team budget
- Negotiate existing contracts and renewals
- Support with disputes / complaints as needed
Skills & experience required:
- You’ll need strong experience managing external partnerships
- Contract management experience
- First class relationship building / management skills with excellent negotiation skills
- People and budget management experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Willing to travel to and attend events as required
Salary, hours and company benefits:
- Up to £60,000 based on experience
- 34.5 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays
