As Audit Director, you will play a key role in leading and developing the audit function, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and mentoring a high-performing team. You will work closely with Partners on strategic decisions, ensuring the continued growth and success of the firm. This role would suit an experienced Senior Manager looking to step up, or an existing Director seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
- Lead, mentor, and support the audit team to ensure high-quality delivery
- Work closely with Partners on business development and client relationship management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
- Contribute to the strategic direction and future growth of the audit function
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven track record of leading audits and managing client relationships
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
