Role Responsibilities:- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Supervise and support junior staff on audit assignments
- Work across a broad and interesting portfolio, with a focus on charities and not-for-profits
- Undertake regular assurance work, including assignments below the audit threshold
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear and professional communication
- Deliver high-quality, efficient work in a role that’s both technical and hands-on
- Almost all client work is local to Bristol or Bath - no long audit stints or excessive travel
- Most audit assignments are wrapped up within a week, offering great variety and rhythm to your work

- Charity audit experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- Confident communicator with a team-oriented mindset
- Keen to work locally and contribute to a genuinely collaborative team culture
- Able to manage audits independently and bring a proactive approach to the role
