As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to a diverse client base. Working closely with Audit Managers and Partners, you’ll take ownership of assignments from planning through to completion, supporting junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.

Role Responsibilities- Lead audits from planning to completion for a varied portfolio of SMEs and fast-growth businesses
- Prepare high-quality audit files and financial statements in line with current regulations and standards
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting their development
- Liaise directly with clients, offering clear communication, insights, and recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and apply them effectively
- Identify potential areas for improvement and value-add services for clients

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in external audit within a UK accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and auditing standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
- A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- £42,000 to £52,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent role
