As part of their ongoing transformation, they are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team in a newly created role.

The Role:

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You’ll combine financial insight with business understanding to support operational decisions, drive performance, and shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and influence key decisions
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for designated areas
  • Deliver insightful analysis of performance, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Support strategic projects, including pricing, profitability analysis, and investment decisions
  • Act as the link between finance and operations, ensuring financial rigor in commercial decisions

About You:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 1-3yrs post-qualification experience
  • Experience in a business partnering, commercial finance, or FP&A role
  • Able to interpret financial data and present it in a clear, actionable way to non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
  • Prior experience in professional services or project-based environments is advantageous
