M&A Tax Director KC Group are working with a leading firm in the South West who have a new requirement for a M&A Tax Director to join their growing advisory and tax team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Advise on key tax risks, including tax warranties and indemnities in sale and purchase agreements
  • Deliver tax due diligence reviews for acquisitions and vendor due diligence projects
  • Carry out pre-disposal tax reviews for businesses with sales mandates
  • Provide strategic advice on corporate and group reorganisations
  • Articulate complex tax issues clearly and concisely to clients and stakeholders
 Key requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA fully qualified:
  • Strong UK corporate, capital, and employment tax knowledge within a transaction services environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess both detail and wider commercial context
  • Experience identifying key risk or price-affecting issues in deals
