This growing building consultancy needs an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join their Bristol team. In this office-based role, you will be the face of the Bristol office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting team members. This position offers training opportunities to develop your skills in compiling commercial building surveying reports and providing technical support where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient running of the Bristol office
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, post, handle meeting room setups, as well as Order and maintain office supplies and refreshments
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
- Assist Senior Directors with administrative tasks, including organising office events
- Typing, copying, collating, and binding reports and documents
- Coordinate meeting spaces and appointments.
Performance Criteria:
- Ability to handle a range of tasks efficiently and timely
- Professional telephone manner with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Adherence to client standards and management systems, with attention to detail and confidentiality is essential
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills with a strong technological capability and enthusiasm for new systems.
- Proactive and reliable with the ability to prioritise tasks.
