Are you an organised, people-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment? This growing building consultancy needs an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join their Bristol team. If you thrive in a people-facing role and have excellent administrative skills, we want to hear from you!

In this office-based role, you will be the face of the Bristol office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting team members. This position offers training opportunities to develop your skills in compiling commercial building surveying reports and providing technical support where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient running of the Bristol office
  • Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, post, handle meeting room setups, as well as Order and maintain office supplies and refreshments
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff
  • Assist Senior Directors with administrative tasks, including organising office events
  • Typing, copying, collating, and binding reports and documents
  • Coordinate meeting spaces and appointments.

Performance Criteria:

  • Ability to handle a range of tasks efficiently and timely
  • Professional telephone manner with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Adherence to client standards and management systems, with attention to detail and confidentiality is essential
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills with a strong technological capability and enthusiasm for new systems.
  • Proactive and reliable with the ability to prioritise tasks.
